We’ve made some serious improvements to the Volt Training App, aimed at delivering you more flexibility in making your workouts your own. Read on for the latest.

⚾️ On-The-Fly Workout Edits

You’ve been asking, and we’ve delivered. You can now edit your workout on the fly. ⚾

Take control of your training with the new Workout Actions menu. Quickly edit your workout with simple actions like adding or deleting sets, regrouping movements, and more — all without leaving your flow.

Now in your workout, you’ll see a new Actions button. Tap to bring up the Workout Actions menu, where you can:
