📈 ✨ New! Custom Metrics in V3 ✨

Track what matters! Long-time Volt coaches will be familiar with the Custom Metrics feature, which is now live in the new Volt Coach Platform as of this week. Custom Metrics allows you to track any data that matters to you — from conditioning drills to GPA scores — and view your athletes’ or clients’ progress over time.

Go to Analytics and click on the Metrics tab. You can create as many metrics as you want and track them across your groups, programs, individual users, or your entire organization.

To create a metric, open the Metric dropdown on the top left and hit Create Metric. To add data for your metric, select the athlete(s) from the table and hit Add Data. Voila! ✨ Flexible data tracking for what matters most, right in the Volt platform.

➡️ For more info, check out our support article on the new Metrics section.

<aside> 🗣 Legacy Customers: Any metrics you tracked in Volt Classic have been automatically ported over to the new platform. You’ll also be able to see metrics across your entire org (no more duplicating metrics across your teams) and create as many metrics as you want (no limits)!

📊 ✨ New! Engagement Analytics ✨

In addition to weekly accountability data on your group’s Dashboard, you can now view workout engagement data in the Analytics section of the coach platform!

Go to Analytics and click on the Engagement tab. You’ll see workout and app engagement data for your entire organization — including total number of workouts completed, average workout duration, and more. You’ll also see a new metric on “user engagement” in the Volt app, which tracks how many users have accessed/opened the Volt app overall, in addition to how many users completed a workout in the app. View data at an org level, or drill down to your groups, programs, and individual users.
