💪 ✨ New! Primers & Finishers in Workout Mode ✨


With this release, we’re excited to bring you one of our top-requested features by both coaches and athletes: Primers and Finishers are now available in WORKOUT MODE! ✨

That’s right — we’ve converted our popular add-on routines from static PDFs to dynamic workout experiences. This means athletes can see technique videos and read step-by-step instructions for every movement, making it easier to execute the routines with proper form.

Plus, we’ve added BRAND-NEW routines to give you even more options for customizing your training programs, from Plyometrics Primers to Mass Builder Finishers.

There are now 30+ routines for your athletes to access at any time, right from their Volt app, including our selection of warm-ups. From injury mitigation primers and activation drills for specific muscle groups, to metabolic conditioning finishers and mobility routines, you can customize your program to exactly what each athlete needs.

Your athletes can access the new Primers and Finishers on the home screen, below the workout.

Any routine they complete will be logged in the athlete’s Activity Log section of the training app, and on their user page in the coach platform.
