You may experience slower than normal loading times while your data is migrated to the new format. You may also notice your Workout Streak is temporarily lower than expected. We expect these issues to resolve by 9/30/23.

Your training days can now include more than just a single workout! đ±Â Weâve introduced the concept of a Training Session on your home screen. A Session can contain multiple activities, including workouts, so that âStart Workoutâ button now says âStart Session.â All you need to do is tap Start Session to flow through your workout (and any other activities!), just like normal.
Your workouts and any other activities you add to a training session are now displayed in âtilesâ on your home screen. You can horizontally scroll the movements on each tile and tap to view Movement Info or make a replacement.
To view set-level info about your workout, tap the activity tile. The new Details Page shows a list view of your upcoming workout, complete with weights and reps for each movement. Youâll see the estimated duration and status at the top, along with an option to start the workout from here. In the ellipsis [âŠ] menu youâll find options to mark this workout as âskippedâ (if you donât intend to do it) or âresetâ your workout at any time.
Your workout summary got a visual update! đ«Â When you finish a workout, tap the mini summary on the home screen to view the full Summary. From here you can tab between the Summary and Details pages of your workout, so you can reference exactly what you did, set by set. To share your Summary on social, tap the ellipsis [âŠ] menu and hit Share Summary!
