****We’ve been in the workshop this holiday season, listening to your wishlist and finding ways to make your programming experience smoother, faster, and more flexible. This month, we’re excited to introduce features that simplify workflows, enhance creativity, and let you do more with less effort. As always, we’d love to hear how these features help you, so don’t hesitate to reach out with feedback.

Managing large teams or group training sessions can feel like a juggling act. That’s why we’re introducing Bulk Complete Activities—a feature that lets you mark a single activity complete for one or more athletes at once.
Imagine running a group training session and, at the end, needing to update the system for every athlete. Instead of tedious clicking, you can now select everyone on the program’s roster—or just the ones who completed the activity—and mark them complete in one go. It’s quick, efficient, and lets you focus on programming and training instead of data entry.
To bulk complete an activity, find the activity in your training week and click the ellipses menu on that activity’s tile […] > Bulk Complete. Select the users you wish to complete the activity for and confirm in the dialog box that pops up.
Volt will generate an activity summary for each user included in the Bulk Complete action. Each summary assumes the prescribed movement schemes were completed in full and the estimated duration as the actual duration.
